Our Process

Eligibility Assessment

The first step is to complete your International Student Application Form, then send us your Transcript of Records (ToR), diploma and an updated CV.

Our admissions team will assess your eligibility to apply for a place in the courses that our school partners currently offer.

Sign on the Dotted Line

Next, you’ll pay a non-refundable application fee and sign our consulting agreement so we can move forward as a team.

Documentation

After that, it’s paperwork time. Fill out your school’s application form and send us the necessary documentation, including a completed Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) form, your bank details and proof of employment history.

You may also be required to sit an English proficiency test, such as IELTS.

Letter of Offer and COE

This is when the exciting stuff starts! Once you receive and sign your Letter of Offer (LO) from the college or university, the establishment will issue your Confirmation of Enrolment (COE).

You will then need to pay any enrolment-related fees, which cost approximately 2,500 AUD.

Visa Lodging

We will lodge the visa application for you. All you need to do is pay the visa fee (approximately 650 AUD) and buy Overseas Student Health Coverage (OSHC), ranging from approximately 500 to 1,600 AUD.
