Our Process

Stage 1

Kick-Off Meeting

Our first conversation is all about clarifying your goals as a business owner hiring an overseas worker. This includes confirming the number of new employees you require and establishing the skill and education level for each.

If sponsorship is part of the conversation, we will also connect you with our immigration lawyer, who will provide additional support throughout the process where required.

Stage 2

Candidate Search

Next, we will either present you with a shortlist of our pre-screened candidates or start searching for your ideal fit through a targeted recruitment drive.

Stage 3

College Enrolment

If the candidate you select requires further training, we will support them in enrolling in an Australian-standard college or university course relevant to the desired vocation.

Stage 6

Contract Signing

Your partnership begins! You can choose to confirm employment and present your new hire with a contract to get started as part of the team.
Stage 5

Interviews

Lastly, we set up a remote interview between you and your candidate, followed by an in-person interview once they arrive in Australia.

Stage 4

Visa and Travel

Our team handles the visa application before organising travel and accommodation arrangements upon approval. This makes the entire process hassle-free for both employer and employee.
